SACC Chicago Cordially Invites you to This Year’s Annual Crayfish Party
Please join us for an evening of drinks and appetizers, followed by a traditional Swedish crayfish and shrimp dinner and an open bar featuring aquavit, wine and beer. The evening will feature our traditional Swedish “snapsvisor,” followed by mingling and a raffle drawing.
We are pleased to announce that the crayfish will yet again be prepared by the Northern Crayfish Company according to a traditional Swedish recipe. Chicago's renowned Swedish restaurant Tre Kronor will prepare all the food that accompanies this festive crayfish celebration.
